The Easts Group is very proud of its history. Our official beginning dates back to 1908 when the football club was formed at Paddington Town Hall. Our first match was played on 20th April 1908. On the 10th October 1958, the Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club opened its doors on the first floor of the Bondi Beach Pavilion. We are very proud of our growth to date as we currently have five Club sites part of our group, being at Bondi Junction and Waverley located in the eastern suburbs, Berkeley in Sydney’s south, Kingswood in Sydney’s west and Woy Woy in Sydney’s north. We also proudly own The Sydney Roosters. Our most current achievement, to date, has been winning the 2013 NRL Grand Final, obtaining our 13th premiership.

Since 1908, our goal has been to win premierships. Now and into the future, our clubs live that dream unrelentingly, together.

We can only achieve this by attracting and retaining valuable team members who consistently and passionately deliver exceptional service to our patrons. For this reason we know our best asset are our people!

Everything we do across all areas of our clubs is to support our Vision. Every single member of the Roosters family is integral in our winning culture.

Providing us guidance on a daily basis are our Cultural Behaviours. At Easts we live and breathe our core cultural behaviours through our actions in the workplace. These cultural behaviours drive what we say, what we do, for all roles in the business.
